We received an update from our agency yesterday. They are now on February 2009 DTE (Dossier to Ethiopia) dates. It's moving slow, but is starting to move again. It seems like referrals come in batches so we are hoping May is a good month.
We decided not to change the age range for our daughter. So at this time we are still approved for 0-18 months.

Homestudy Update
I can't believe it has been one year since we started working on our homestudy. Tonight, we met our new social worker, Jody. She seems very nice and willing to help us with our adoption journey. We just reviewed all the data from last year and discussed any changes we want to make.
The only change we may make is the age range for our child. Currently, we are at 0-18 months. This range was chosen when Emma, Zak and Corbin were just born and Isabella had not joined us yet. We believe our daughter will not be home until the end of the year at the earliest potentially next year. Emma and Zak will be almost 2. Therefore, we may change our age range to 0-30 mos. Steve and I need to discuss this in detail before changing our homestudy.
